"We purchased Corduroy from Terry and Nancy in September of 2001.  We had not considered buying a five-year-old pony, but his good mind and bomb-proof temperament spoke for themselves.  We shipped him to Texas, put him in English tack, and made him into a hunter pony.  This may be a first for the Wilson's! Corduroy is a local champion, a show favorite, and he and Sarah ended their season as Under 12 High Point Champions.  He consistently wins against horses in Equitation Over Fences.  He jumps 2'3 courses with ease and loves his job. People were inquiring as to whether he was for sale at his first show.  As talented as he is, we cherish him most as a companion and pet.  He has been the perfect first pony, and has surpassed our expectations.  We owe Terry, Nancy, and Garrett a debt of gratitude for their training of this exceptional pony.  He is completely trustworthy with children of all ages, and besides being a show pony, his resume includes countless trips to church, picnics, and school functions to provide pony rides.  He has peen a pocket pony, competitor, comedian, athlete and Best Buddy all at the same time.  Thank you, Terry and Nancy, for providing the ideal pony for our daughters.
